  • Successfully ensured that the Air Fiber Installation was completed for network Redundancy as indicated in the country’s agreement with IDB.
  • Project managed the Point of Presence Installation by Cable Bahamas to accommodate telephony, Cable TV, and Data services for conference.
  • Project managed the Point of Presence Installation of BTC to Accommodate data, and International Circuit required by IDB for the conference.
  • Facilitated the Installation of 12 strands of Fiber between Melia and the Bahamar Convention Center for inaugural head of states meeting.

  • Successfully project managed the procurement of the required printers and copiers needed during the conference.
  • Ensured that the required support staffing during the conference was procured based on the agreement signed between the government and the ITU.
  • Assisted URCA and ITU technical staff with the deployment of all laptops, computers, copiers and printers to required office spaces designated based on the ITU design layout.
  • Acted as liaison between URCA, ITU technical staff, Atlantis logistics, and Atlantis technical team.
  • Project managed the necessary network requirements needed for the conference in conjunction with ITU technical staff, and Atlantis technical team.
  • Facilitated the required cabling installations by the approved cabling vendor in all of the meeting spaces based on the approved network design layout.
  • Ensured that all of the power requirements were met based on the power/network topology diagram provided in the ITU technical document.
  • Successfully scheduled and managed the agreed upon technical support staff during the conference.
  • Project managed the procurement of all of ITU technical staff equipment, RCA equipment, and rented equipment from multiple vendors at the conclusion of the conference.

  • Successfully expanded the fiber backbone of the National stadium to Betty K Swim Complex, and to Sir Kendal G.L. Isaacs Gym.
  • Championed the final design and implementation of the expanded CATV system from 2 channels to 9.
  • Properly secured the fiber and copper services providing network connectivity to the NSA ticket booths used for all events at the National Stadium.
  • Successfully expanded the ubiquity Wireless foot print at the National Sporting complex to accommodate an additional 2,000 users.
  • Developed and Directed deployment of all equipment through the stadium for the respective departments but also at the hotel for the required LOC and IAAF offices for the games.
  • Designed Procurement plan and procedures to ensure that all inventory was returned at the completion of the event.

  • Successfully coordinated stakeholder requirements and managed the installation of over 215 WAN circuits by leading ISPs, Cable Bahamas and BTC, throughout the archipelago of Bahama islands as a part of the G-Net initiative. 
  • Completed site surveys for all of the included Government department and agency locations throughout The Bahama islands, from Grand Bahamas down to Inagua.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the LAN-preferred cabling vendors quotes are in alignment with 'Best Practices' procedures and the signed cabling vendor contract as put in place by MOF. Also responsible for ensuring that the scope of work is in alignment to the network design of the GNET and that all required sign offs are completed.
  • Provided project management and telephony engineering services for the Government of The Bahamas' new Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform, which was designed to accommodate up to 50,000 users.
  • Assisted in the deployment of over 1400 Cisco end user devices across multiple government departments and agencies such as Customs, Immigration, Road Traffic, Statistics, and Social Services.
  • Responsible for the coordination and delivery of user training for all users of the CUCM platform, inclusive of IM and presence, integrated video, conference bridge and mobile (Cisco Jabber) features.
